Quattro Ristorante

Quattro Ristorante is your one-stop destination for Italian and Mexican vegetarian food in Chennai with a fine dining experience. The restaurant is known for using contemporary methods in preparing their signature dishes. The restaurant has redefined molecular gastronomy through innovative dishes and provided a unique experience to the diners by infusing liquid nitrogen in food and beverages creating a beautiful mirage.

Challenge

When the client approached us, our expert team understood their requirements and split the strategy into three different areas including merging their restaurant (Quattro Ristorante) and the bakery (The Rolling Pin) strategically, introducing their Banquet hall service (Quattro Banquets) and increasing brand awareness and generate leads, and improving the not effective, not digitally engaging and attractive online business.

Solution

We developed theme-based marketing calendars for effective engagement and to drive customers to the business. We organized Social Media Management, Google Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads. Created concept campaign centering Valentine’s Day which resulted in increased social media engagement, strong brand presence and reach at the target locations and also increased new followers.

We also helped them in the banquet hall launch with the classy intro posts in all social media platforms and ran ads in Google to generate more leads.

With a combination of digital strategy + web designing + marketing, Quattro Ristorante is positioned to continue on a growth path with its marketing function supporting the business growth plans. We reached an audience of around 50000 in Google Ads by geo targeting a radius of 10KM around the banquet hall. With a lead conversion rate of 10%, the leads obtained through paid ads were 100.
